A lot of business services or products are not new. Potential customer classified new information as new product or service. It is his decision to classify as new. When you offer service or product, you need to add around old product new experiences, then for customer it will be associated as new product. Even if customer find later that it is not new product and it is already a lot of product similar like exist on market, in both cases he will pass at the end adaptation stage. On adaptation stage, customer accept you as you and product as product. Until adaptation stage customer pass usually few stages. Such as introduction, when you introduce yourself and product. The next stage usually when synergetic stage, when you both either positively continue dialogue or someone reject at negative note. If you get with customer positive outcome of product introduction, then will be next stage it is meeting with you and product. Meeting usually flow in exploration atmosphere, when you both exchange information about yourself and about or around the product. The next stage can be trial...and usually it is trial. When you try each other...the way you communicate, product experience, what outcome you both getting when communicate..interesting process ...i call it trial and error. Fight or run. Either you both stay together or run at different direction. That way how business happen.
