How customer buy a product



First, should be a problem. People need to have problem to take action to solve the problem. Problem of need, it is first problem. Customer should understand and recognise problem. Mind process, created, I call it problem recognition. After this stage it is important to make customer speak about his problem. Lets call it need description. He should talk. Next step is to talk about your product...about specification. Make his need connected with your product specification. Do not give just dumb marketing or presentation from your point of view. Listen and sell his ideas. That way you connect his perception of reality with your product, otherwise you will fail, unless you are twin brothers and have similar mind mapping process. At closing step just close the sales. Last my advice will be...Do not concentrate to much on sales. Live is not about sales. Enjoy doing things and people come with ideas into your live. If you think to much about sales, people feel it and usually reject or manipulate (lowering cost). People need people.
